The room is photograpef very well, but do not reflect the actual conditions in the room. Laminate wood flooring throughout is loud and damaged. No hot water. Constant noise from remodeling or landscaping. Sonder’s solution to all these issues? “We’ll look into it” Not sure what you’re gonna look into considering you’re aware of the construction and landscaping noise because you authorized it. And if you want to look into the freezing cold water coming from my showerhead, unless you have burning laser eyes, that can heat the water when you “look into it”, I’m not really sure what the intended outcome of that would be. This is hospitality, Sonder-style. And they make you scan an image of your government issued ID and upload it to them or they won’t give you access codes to your room. Obviously this causes huge data privacy issues to arise since in their terms and conditions, uou’re essentially agreeing that they can use your information however they want. And there’s no work around.

Very easy check-in and check-out. Very clean, with plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. Even though it was pretty quiet we could still hear a little noise from the neighbors, but that is kind of expected. We will be using this hotel again for future stays.

I have already spoken to a Sonder rep about our terrible experience being locked out of our room for over 3 hours with no help. The onsite manager was absent. There was no one in the lobby. I am asking for a refund and was hoping Expedia could help with this process.

Inconvenience due to switching our room. The shower did not have a Curtain when the kids took shower flooded the bathroom. The lighting was so poor there were 3 lights but very dim barely could see around the room. The weather was cold but still the pool water was pale and seemed so dirty that no one swam there. Would not recommend this place unless they improve their services.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel. It was spotless and smelled like it was brand new. So convenient to Disney World (4 miles) and the price was shockingly only $125. Parking was so easy. I definitely would give this five stars and highly recommend the facility. also, my room had two double beds and a pullout sofa so that a family could sleep 6.

Hotel Review – 2.5 Stars Pros: • Clean sheets and comfortable beds, although the comforter had patchy clumps of filling (see photo). • Floors seemed clean, though the dim lighting makes it hard to be sure. • Amenities include a hot tub, pool, hot water kettle, hairdryer, and decent shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. • Modern decor. • Microwave provided (note: bring your own bowls and plates to use it). Cons: • Lack of hot water in the mornings around 8 a.m. • Poor lighting in the room. While there are lamps, they don’t provide sufficient brightness. • Loud air conditioner/heater under the window, making it difficult to sleep if you’re sensitive to noise. • Hot tub jets are weak with no significant pressure. • Very thin walls—you can hear hallway noises and footsteps from upper floors, making it quite loud. • Insufficient coffee supplies (sugar and creamer) provided in the room. The front desk also didn’t have any available. • Shuttle service is unreliable and doesn’t go to all three parks mentioned daily, despite being advertised as complimentary. Departure times (e.g., 10:30 a.m.) and late pickups are inconvenient, forcing us to use ride shares. For example, there was no shuttle service to EPCOT one night. • No hand lotion provided. While the hotel offers modern decor, a clean space, and some useful amenities, the numerous inconveniences, including noise, lighting issues, unreliable shuttle service, and limited in-room supplies, make it less tha
