" Beautiful hotel, all rooms are facing the coast. Swimming pool with warm sea water is excellent. Parking is little bit outside of the hotel and might not have enough space. Walking distance to both Portoroz and Piran. The only complaint is no air conditioning in October. It is still warm during the day. Open windows work at night. "

And there was no parking or stopping point allowed for convenient access to check in. The room was very nice, but guests need to be aware of the limitations for parking and the fact that there are no elevators leading to the rooms. "The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered.
