The staff is very welcoming and hospitable. The staff greeted us each time we arrived and had a smile on their face. A fire alarm went off at 6:45a on Saturday morning and no one could explain the issue. My family and I evacuated the room to find out it was a false alarm. The staff was not prepared to handle the fire alarm. My family and I were unable to go back to sleep after the fire alarm. Room was not turned over till late in the evening. Compensation is needed for Saturday

It was a nice property, however, during my last stay there was a fire alarm issue and the hotel lost power the morning of my last night. I had to get ready for work without electricity (lights).

I am from Fort Worth. This property is centrally located. It is near to key attractions, shopping and restaurants. The staff is amazing. We have stayed here a few times and each time has been amazing. I can't recommend this property enough.

From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome and valued. Along with the easy parking and abundance of dining and shopping option close to the hotel, this is a fantastic place to stay. Our room was spacious and clean as well

Hotel not properly cleaned
The hotel was nice. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room. The bed had bugs in it & the back pillow had stains. I didn’t notice until the last day of my stay when I was itching. Although the hotel staff was nice, I would not stay here again due to the room having bugs and not being cleaned properly. It was not worth the money. I would have asked for refund but I didn’t want to be a hassle. Hotels.com would not let me post review even though it’s accurate to my experience.
