"Amazing and friendly staff. From the moment I walked in to get checked in I was greeted with a warm smile and friendliness. Upon check-in I was told about the other offerings, breakfast and the kickback event that they had going on right then that evening, which worked out perfect for me and my guest. The room was really nice,clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. Had to make a call down to the front desk after I spilled water on the comforter. The staff member was very friendly...

"Great location, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast served was simple but quite good. The heated swimming pool and hot spa were super for the winter chili days. The housekeeping service was terrible! Although we asked three times, nobody came to clean our room and collect the trash. We ended up using the same towels and cleaning the kitchen, dishes, and utensils for 4 days. Overall, we recommend the hotel but suggest they would improve housekeeping issues. "
