Quaint and original vintage 1960s motel. Large, clean rooms. Easy parking. No elevator. Meghan was great and arranged late check in. The tiki bar is a lot of fun and we enjoyed the live band and had good food. The music is loud and right downstairs so be warned if you’re early birds but it was all closed up before 11pm.

Meghan was so welcoming. No hitches. The only thing I would change was the towels. They were too small and rather thin. But on the whole this was an excellent stay. I would recommend.

The building clearly shows its age and no longer meets modern standards. The facilities are outdated, with several issues: the windows do not close properly due to damaged seals, the water in the sink drained very slowly, and the air conditioning was excessively loud, making it difficult to relax. Overall, the property is in need of renovation

The room was clean but the hotel is older and there was a strong mildew odor. I was unable to stay due to a mold allergy. I wish I could have used this hotel since the location was great and the pool and tiki bar looked inviting.

Older motel with great upkeep. Only addition would be to have a microwave in the room. The restaurant tiki bar had wonderful food and service staff. Would definitely stay again!

We were in Cape Coral last weekend to purchase a house! We stayed here as we closed on it and everybody was amazing! Cute little spot, great live music down at the bar. We will definitely be returning to the restaurant and bar. I would recommend this place to stay.

It's a fun Florida resort! This property is conveniently located in the town of Cape Coral. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. On the resort property is a fun bar & grill with live music and good food.
