"The staff were very helpful! They told us how to get to the subway and what station we needed get off at to go where we wanted to go. They had a great, hot breakfast with bacon, scrambled eggs and pancakes plus oatmeal and bagels/bread. Our room was clean. If we were in the area again we would definitely stay here again. "

"Service was excellent, staff pleasant and very responsive to requests. Beds are very comfortable, location is excellent with many small restaurants and markets close by. Broadway train station less than a block. Cons were...heat is turned down at night, with 40deg outside it was uncomfortably cool in the room. Also hot water was great in am but down to lukewarm by evening. With the room cold and only warmish water, a pm shower wasn't possible. Would definitely stay again when it is not so...

"The Hotel was in a great location for what we were looking for. Overall, it was very clean, and the staff were great. We got there late, so parking was difficult in the garage (a few people who came after us were creative in their parking), and the pool was much colder than we expected. All and all, it was a great hotel, and we would go again. "

"The lobby was beautiful and the staff is so helpful and kind. They really make this hotel feel like home. The breakfast was good and convenient.The hotel is right off the highway making it convenient to get to places. I definitely recommend this place."

"The staff and service for this hotel was truly amazing and made it stand out from other hotel experiences. They provided help with my luggage and always provided water bottles. The only downside to the room was the lack of space in the bathroom. It had no where to place things in the restroom to get ready. The location is great, we had many options to eat and drink around and felt safe. "

"Didn’t know what to expect staying at a hostel but it was such a cool experience. I wish I’d stayed longer. There were curated experiences for the guests. I only got to check out the comedy night. Definitely cheesy (and crude) but still enjoyable! And such a fusion of cultures. You’ll meet people from all over the world!"
