Stayed here multiple times, this time we were charged early checkin fee, that’s fine if it’s stated before hand or if we were informed on another stay but that’s not the case. We have checked in early before and no fee was required, feel scammed as I just asked the lady the next morning and she said it depends who you get, if they charge the check in fee.

I’d loved the location. Many great walkable restaurants and shops. I thought everything was clean and well run. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint I had was paying $30 for a beach umbrella, on top of the $45 daily resort fee. I just purchased my own from a local shop. It was fine to use. I would definitely go back.

Our second stay here was fantastic! We loved going to the beach ((30 yards from the front of the hotel), ton’s of restaurants, 5 minute walk to our favorite Starbucks.. our room was huge, a taste of old world luxury and still with modern amenities. I used the fitness center.. pool deck.. service was great too!

I was unaware that there is a $55 parking charge.You have to let valley take your car very, very inconvenient for me because it wasn't my car.And there's also a $45 property fee, so it was a $100 extra. On top of what we paid for the room

We loved everything about this hotel. Great staff, location, furnishings and room layout was exquisite. The room was huge. We weren’t ready to leave. Amenities included complimentary beach chairs, bicycles, outdoor pool on 5th floor overlooking the beach, store, restaurant and spa.

Nice older hotel across street from beach. Long pool with bar, that closes at 5pm. Indoor bar has a nice happy hour 4-6 I believe. Weather bad for our stay but enjoyable.

We booked a king bed, studio, ocean view room and the room is huge! Very nice view of the beach from the living room and balcony. The room had a sofa bed and two chairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, a massive bathroom with a separate toilet room and very large bedroom. The bed was firm but comfortable. We ate at the Wild Thyme restaurant and service was good and so was the food. Watch out for the automatic tip added to the bill!
