"Outstanding! This is the absolute best hotel to stay at when travelling to Hollywood Beach. The hotel, amenities, pools, restaurants and staff are all world class. We had the pleasure of staying here recently for 9 nights and we didn't want to leave. The location is steps to the Boardwalk and all it's shops/restaurants. The hotel even has it's own entertainment district with free shows/music. The room was oversized, facing the ocean and had a balcony that we could sit outside and enjoy the sunrise with our morning coffee. The staff - WOW! Everyone was friendly and always helpful. We know we are going to miss a few names but the following went above and beyond, they deserve mentioning - Lucas, Neil & Sandra (Front desk/reception), Jojo (License to Chill), Winston (Room Service), Felicia (Coffee Bar), Sara, Gabby, Daman & Elizabeth (Margaritaville Restaurant), Joey & Brooklyn (Lone Palm Pool area) Five Stars Plus for this hotel. We will be back!!! Love to all from the Crazy Old Canadians!!!"

"Front-desk service was EXCELLENT. Property is dated. Floor a little dirty when walking around. Otherwise an EXCELLENT VALUE very near the beach. Restaurants on the Boardwalk were very, very good. "

"Everything was clean and nice looking so very nice staff, only complaint is the water from the shower goes all over the bathroom floor..pretty much floods the bathroom. Definitely needs a better drainage situation. "

"Overall the resort was a great value considering the location and all the free amenities. Place looked and smelled brand new and staff was excellent. Only complaint is probably directed at Hotels.com though. When booking the room I typically add the extra charge in the total price for the breakfast for two. However, the hotel staff told me something about that just covering the base price…or something along those lines? Breakfast for two is an average of $60 a meal…which was charged to the room/bill…even though my Hotels.com receipt even showed “Free breakfast”. BTW, the breakfast was very good though. Probably not worth $30 apiece though. I would stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly and the service was very good. We used the valet parking and the car came quickly each time we requested it. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were serviced each day. Water and coffee were replenished as well. Would stay here again. "
