"I want to start to give Kudos to Mark who was at the front desk as we checked-in. Mark was super friendly, very professional and has such a positive vibe. Now in regards to our stay, Initially I was quite upset with their houskeeping service as I had an issue that was not resolved until I was superbly furious and had to physically head downstairs to request to talk at some point to the general manager on our 3rd day, however, that changed when finally the management team seriously listened and resolved the incompetency as it was the simplest issue that could have been resolved without the need for all the fuss. But kudos to the mangement team and I appreciate when they followed up and made our stay a more relaxed one The facilities are good the hotel is cleaned and maintained quite frequently including the pools. Most all staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was great and helped us reserve an excursion with ease. The food options/restaurants were limited and sometimes might not fully operate,food was decently well. The great thing about the Hotel's location is that you'll have other food options that are a 5 or 10 minute walk around downtown or you can take a taxi; you also get to see the city and access other places like the straw market. Frankly, we won't visit the Bahamas again due to how expensive it is and not as what we expected, but If I ever do I would certainly stay at the Margaritaville. Suggestion: Install filtered water stations on each floor "

"The stay was the best, we were provided a complimentary room upgrade on arrival which was an amazing surprise. The accommodations are beyond amazing. It is the most professionally managed resort I have ever stayed.We would have appreciated a little broader menu in the main dining restaurant (more varieties), but the choices there were deliciously prepared. A real repeat, 5 star!"
