"The staff is very friendy, kind and helpful. The breakfast is nice, and I love the fact the hotel is close to the Catholic Cathedral, shops, restaurants, bus stop, museums and other tourist sites. No hot hotel to bathe...it did not work in the room I was."

"The hotel is located by Junkanoo beach which has a lot of small food and drink establishments which is a plus. The hotel its self has some restaurants but a lot of them close early it appears everything shutdowns at 10:00pm. So its best to grab some food for later if you need to eat after 10:00pm. The bartenders are exceptional especially Zeno on the main level as well as the entertainment , While there we experience water issues which affected the entire hotel. "The property was lovely...staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lady Sarah! Great easily walkable dining options. Spritz offered excellent food with water (and sea turtle ) views. Bon Vivant was exceptional for breakfast and cocktails. The Sailfish breakfast sandwich was amazing. Quiet beach, water everywhere, an excellent experience!"
