"Was our first time in Mauritius, and won’t be our last. We will also more than likely stay here again. Wish the breakfast would switch it up a little. The exact same food every day is a little mundane when staying for more than a couple days. But overall, customer service was top notch and the hotel was very pleasant."

"The Hotel had been renovated a couple of weeks ago, so everything is OK in the room and all the staff is abdolutely adorable and available. A 6th star should be awarded to the whokr team. Thanks to Sakoa Constance Hôtel for our Stay. The hôtel also have a private beach and couple of free activities like Paddle, water ski."

"This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. "

"Excellent! Just left the ravenala following 5 night stay. We had no compliants at all. We stayed in the adult zone where you get your own bean bag loungers on the beach. The room was very clean, housekeeping are incredible. Each day the room was spotless and care taken with items in the room. Huge thanks to the staff at the boat house - well equipped, highly knowledgeable and happy to go out and teach. Their english is very good too. The added options of glassbottom tour was excellent. "This is a great place to stay in Mauritius if your happy with a basic level of service, i.e. good comfy beds, clean room, decent shower. This is not a 5 star resort but then its not pretending to be. Did not have any problems at all - check in was smooth with Eric. Gave us a room on the 3rd floor, so carrying luggage was a bit of hassle. Rooms were cleaned daily and beds made, very helpful and cheerful cleaners. Managed to leave a few nights early and got our refund directly from the owner...
