"From the moment we stepped in, we received a proper reception despite turning up rather late in the day, after 8 pm. The hotel facilities were properly explained and the room was incredibly comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was an excellent culinary experience. "I absolutely loved our stay here. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were absolutely fantastic, the food from the restaurant was incredible, and the area around the hotel was beautiful and exciting to explore. Unfortunately, I didn't have an opportunity to use the public bath facility, so I can't say anything about that. Just to note, only a few of the staff speak English so basic Japanese skills would be recommended. The station is a 20 minute walk from the hotel, so keep that in mind...

"Clean, quiet hotel. Bathroom floor level with the room. Good room except the seal around the window was not totally tight and there was a slight draft of freezing air. The blackout curtains helped block most of the cold but I still had 2 climates in the room, the heater kept about 2/3 of the room warm but the 1/3 of the room next to the window was cold. Good and Convenience

"Close to Hakata Station, just 5 to 10 minutes straight walk. Room was clean and specious, had washing machine, microwave, fridge, induction cooker. It's convenience for those who stay for longer period. The hotel won't provide daily clean up services if you're staying less than 6 nights. Staffs were helpful and polite, most of them can speak good English."
