"It’s our 2nd time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, although was a bit busier with it being UK half term holidays. We returned due to his amazing this hotel is for families, all the staff are amazing with kids and there is so much to do - not just for kids but family activities and adult classes and fun entertainment sessions too. The beach is beautiful and not too busy if you move along a bit, and there is a nice nature park to take a walk in. Alcudia old town is worth a visit so...

"The staff were nice. Location was good and within walking distance to the street market, restaraunts, beach and tour pickups. Lots of options for the in house buffets and we had some fun entertainment each night. Small issue with showers slow to drain. Bigger issue was the beds, like sleeping on a park bench and had to use the extra comforters to provide a bit of cushion. That said, my mom loved her bed."

"Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween. "I can’t say enough about how much we LOVED this place… we had a fantastic stay… we got a room with a sea view balcony and it was fabulous! The spa pool, sauna, steam room are wonderful… I wished the water in the pool was warmer, but no biggy… the pool areas, 2 others, are set in great locations, the one across the street has wonderful plants, sun visits, gazebos available… we went at the end of October so we always had one available…the water was too cold, but again, no biggy, I know it would be...

"Ive stayed in several hotels in Port Pollenca over the years and this is the first i have returned to. Its just got everything you need if you're looking for a half board base for cycling/sports. Decent rooms, nice meals, good pool/gym/spa. I expect i'll be back again."

"The hotel is perfectly positioned. Literally a walk across the road to the beach. Breakfast was fantastic. We ate there twice in the evening; which again was truly great. Enjoyed the pasta & tapas menu. Loved the free access to coffee and tea all day. Environmentally friendly with option to fill up water bottles etc. Although the rooms are on the small side. They were immaculate. We probably would book a terrace room when we return. Staff were amazing. Couldn’t do enough to help be it bathrobes or helping us sort our return transfer. The pool is small and not much atmosphere, but with the beach and so many other beaches so close, it did not bother us. We loved our stay here and would return again in the future; thank you "

"Sis Pins is a very traditional Spanish hotel if you’re looking for a sleek and modern hotel it’s not for you. It has an old world charm that we loved. Hotel staff were all extremely friendly and polite. It shares the frontage with a very nice bar restaurant The Cappuccino and is located in a perfect spot on pine walk right on the waterfront. "
