"5 star hotel holiday ⭐️ We loved spending 5 nights here for our summer holiday in September. Location was really nice being around 25 min easy drive from Palma Airport and we hired a car so it was a great central base to visit lots of towns on the island (Soller, Deia, Valldemossa, Pollenca, Alcudia, Palma etc) parking was really easy at a little car park down the road and you just had to walk up the hill to the hotel. We found the hotel car park to be very narrow and tight and we had a fiat 500! Hotel was very clean and spotless. Staff were so helpful and friendly (even down to bringing an iron/board up to the room). Pool area was great to relax and chill around looking at the hillside views and was cleaned every morning. The local town of Bunyola was really nice and we went twice to Antic Grill for a great meal. So it was good if you wanted to stay local for food and drinks. Cannot recommend this hotel enough! Thanks for the best stay ☺️"

"Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5. As honeymooners, we let the hotel know this in advance, every other 5 star hotel on our trip made sure we felt the warmth and service, this was an absolute miss from them. The spa, was missing water in the water jugs upon entry, there was not an employee in site for the 2-3 hours we spent there. The massage was great but to label this a unico spa experience, it wasn’t. When we got there as honeymooners, a little bottle of wine or glass or card to say “congrats” would have been us feel a bit more special during our stay. To be honest, we wanted to explore this hotel and recommend it to our friend next year for her wedding, based on size and look from our booking, but we quickly redirected and told our friend not to. Honestly, really really wish it was a better experience. "

"Nested very close to communication areas, it’s the perfect base to explore the island of Palma. Literally walking distance to the railway, you can reach Palma city without the hazard of parking. If the option is just Inca, this property is located a short stroll away from Camper, Lotusse and Heitorn where you can do your Inca leather shopping and combine it with a visit to the Thursday market or any of the local restaurants along the central avenue. We were driving an electric rental car and we found specially convenient that there is a charging station literally outside the property. From this place every destination in the island was no further to 45mi, and after a busy day exploring, a very well appointed extra large room with a private courtyard was waiting for us. Next to it, the stunning swimming pool. Please note that this is not the typical hotel. This is agrotourisim, so you will miss the impersonal touch of a multilevel building and you will get a friendly and ready to help wonderful team who will make your day extra nice. I specially celebrated the all-local breakfast selection with local cheeses, charcuterie and delectable pastries and fruits. Just what you need to feel extra happy and relaxed. "
