"Staff was very friendly and helpful. One glitch. The bathroom exhaust fan in room 247 was blowing insulation out onto the commode lid and the floor. Needs to be fixed if it has not already been fixed. We did report it and they did offer us another room for the 2nd night. We had unpacked and figured we could live with it one more night. BUT it does need to be corrected. The room and bathroom were both quite nice and quite spaciour."

"This is my second time staying here. I chose this place again because staff is nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean. Everything works. It is an affordable, safe and quiet hotel to stay in. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Beaumont, TX. "

"The location was excellent for what we needed to do while in Beaumont. The property was as I expected for the price, which is to say average. The beds were comfy and the AC worked, plus the room was clean. It's a mid-price hotel with mid-price features. We did have a good refrigerator and microwave so that helped keep our food fresh."
