"Beautiful hotel with a great view; I would have given 5 stars, but housekeeping banged on every door in our area including ours at 9am (checkout was 11am) yelling housekeeping until you answered the door even with our Privacy Please on the door handle. "Fast check in, the ladie I checked in with was very attentive, manager material. Hotel was clean, comfortable and everyone there was great. Besides minor things that did not affect our stay in any way shape or form. The second clerk just needs to pay a little better attention to the reg card he’s grabbing (I work front desk), he had another guest sign my reg card but my clerk was on top of it and well aware.
