"We had a great stay at Jam Hotel. Staff were all so lovely and helpful. The hotel has a secure luggage room also which we could keep our bags in until check-in/ they did offer for us to keep them after check-out too. The hotel has great public areas, I would definitely make use of the rooftop bar! We loved the decoration of the whole hotel and found everywhere to be really clean. I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here on their trip to Lisbon. "

"Excellent hotel. Can’t beat the location for first time visiting Lisbon. We had a comfortable room for 3 (pull out sofa already made up for my son and comfy) with a balcony looking out to lisbon. Quiet as appeared to be soundproofed. Breakfast was top-notch. Room was ready early. Five plus stars."

"Staff weren't super friendly except for the one who checked me out today. The hotel is gorgeous but does need a lot of updating. It's in a good spot but be aware that Ubers are not allowed to the door. You will have to hike up the hill u less you take a taxi. "

"This was the perfect pick for us. We had 1 day in Lisbon before driving south. We got in early and they were very accommodating and gave us an early check in once a room was available. Staff were super helpful. It’s less than a 5 min walk from the airport. Shuttles are also available if you need. Transport into Lisbon was easy and cheap. Breakfast was very good and came with our night there. Will definitely use again next trip! "
