"I loved that it was right on the beach with gorgeous scenery. The heated pool was nice. We had a wonderful time! We had a crazy start on Friday. They sent us the access code to get in the condo but neglected to tell us we needed to push the check mark also so we had a problem getting in. There could have been better communication there. All in all it was a great stay! Thanks!"

"This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels."

"It was quite expensive for 6 nights but it was over new year. Lots of ants but apparently that’s normal. Outdoor pool was still heated so the kids loved that. "I came to Destin for my daughter’s 1st birthday celebration. Let me start off by saying my main purpose and goal was the ocean…and this unit did not disappoint. The pictures are dull compared to how beautiful it is when you walk onto the balcony. We could watch the sun set from the balcony. This rental had everything we needed except washer and dryer which was my mistake - I didn’t realize the one bedrooms do not have washer and dryers. We had issues in the beginning with the dishwasher and air...

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "

We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"The condo had some issues. The front door gap between the lock and door frame is terrible. Thats a security issue. The towel rack in the shower is damaged, proposing an injury risk. The cleanliness of the exterior of the front door is terrible. Fire extinguisher was under the sink and not in the closet that was labeled extinguisher inside, OSHA risk! Lack of communication.
