"The valets were very nice and hospitable. So were the staff at the front desk. My room was not as clean as it should have been. In the bathroom, I found hair droppings from the previous guest and around the commode was residue of previous guest. The AC was extremely cold to me. I tried to adjust it, even up to 85 degrees and it still remained extremely cold. I had to just turn it off to be able to stay in the room. As for breakfast, you advertise a vegetarian/vegan menu, but no printable...
