"Nice property located on a private beach. Food was good for the most part but some of the restaurants were not that good ie. The Asian restaurant fuzion and Italian. The French restaurant was good and the breakfast buffet was always on point. The hotel staff were amazing and overall vibe was fun and relaxing. If you get nitpicky you may find the property a bit outdated but if you’re ok with a few kinks you’ll be fine. "

" Great customer service for everything Proximity to the ocean/pool -The food was ok Drinks were great -No room service/food delivery option -Daily 1 towel limit -Short beach but 3 hotels connected within this chain that you have access to as well to walk further. -While it’s all inclusive we wanted to tip. The only way to do so is with cash/Jamaican money and there’s no ATM onsite but you can get to one by walking if you feel comfortable and then you can get cash or Jamaican money. ...

"We loved everything about our 5 night stay at Secrets Wild Orchid. The only small complaint we had is that since it was a busy week, there were never enough lounge chairs at the beach. We had to get up at 5:30 am to get a chair and even by then, most were claimed. Just a suggestion to make sure more chairs are on site during busy weeks. Other than that, we had a wonderful week!!!"
