Bears inhabit this area. Do not leave food or beverages (including water) in vehicles and heed all other warnings issued by the lodge.
Guests driving to the property should be aware of seasonal road closures. Hwy 120 (Tioga Pass) closes October through late June, restricting east-to-west travel across the park. Yosemite's eastern gate and Tuolumne Meadows are not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. Guests are advised to check local weather and road conditions/closures with the California Department of Transportation before travel.

We had a wonderful time it’s about an hour out from Yosemite park entrance but the environment and the staff were so lovely. Plus we went in the snow and the whole place looked like a hallmark movie

Tenaya is an amazing place! We stayed at the explorer cabins and we definitely loved the quiet space. It’s only 8 mins away from the south entrance to Yosemite, totally worth it!

This was our second time at Tenaya Lidge. It is such a beautiful property, close to Yosemite, up in the hills. The Lodge us beautiful, staff are very friendly, dining options good. The food is fresh abd excellent. We did not use the pool, but was very inviting.
