"Stayed at Club room for 4 nights, a neat, clean, & quiet room. Located at convenient location, 15-18 minutes by Taxi or Grab to key locations i.e. Airport, Universal Studio Singapore, Art Science Museum. 1 minute walk to 7 eleven, MRT station, local supermarket, Hawker centre and shopping mall 100 am. Staff are professional & friendly. Highly recommended "

"After an 18 hour flight, I had forgotten to get cash before getting in a cab that only accepted cash. When I got to the hotel with only my credit card, the staff at the drop off did not miss a beat and escorted me to registration and promptly paid the driver. Unbelievable service to immediately fix a nightmare issue of my own making. The hotel and room are spectacular and flawless. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at."

"Excellent stay at Citadines Raffles place. Decent sized, clean room with fridge, freezer, safe and cooking facilities. Very well positioned near to Raffles Place MRT, quiet in the evenings as it's in the CBD but a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants, both on the quay and further away. A nice hawker centre is just around the corner on Market Street. Very friendly and helpful staff, special thanks to Sanjay who was really helpful."
