"This hotel is great! It’s in the outskirts of Florence, with a great view of the city and easy public transportation. The staff in the reception, restaurant and housekeeping was amazing! A plus is the pool, small but you won’t find many hotels with pools. The weather up in Fiesole is cooler than Florence since it’s in a hill. Did I mention the views?! I can’t wait to go back."

"the positives: the grounds of the hotel are incredible & the view is second to none. The pool is great. The staff is friendly - although I didn’t see much of them. Sadly - the interiors are dated and furniture in the rooms is due for an update (there were tears in the couch upholstery in our room / very dated linens on a chaise). This property has so much potential - I’d love to see it get an aesthetic refresh. Also good to note - the wifi wasn’t reliable. "
