It was clean, but being a 4 star hotel, the towels definitely need to be changed for new and better quality. Above and beyond

"It’s the best location for eating, drinking, shopping and seeing the history of it all. It’s a boutique style hotel with an awesome rooftop bar and restaurant and view. We had a 24 hour delay back to the US due to weather and the hotel staff accommodated our every need from transportation to other things to do while we spent an extra day there, to include assistance with opening a few bottles of wine for us. Emmanuel was even on the phone with airlines trying to assist us in rebooking our alternative flights back to the US. Can’t wait to stay there again during our next visit and will recommend them to all our friends. Ciao’. "

"My stay here far exceeded my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to help me find everything I needed. The rooftop restaurant served the best meal I had on my trip.
