"City Lodge Hotel in Bloemfontein is a very good hotel, food is nice and tasty, service excellent. The only downside is that it doesn’t have a lift service, and if your room happens to be on Floor 2 (they only have 2 floors…luckily) like the one I had, it meant carrying my heavy suitcase on the stairs both for check-in and check-out."

"On arrival, the B&B was closed; no one was forth coming and on enquiry by telephone of the owners, I was informed that they were not there and I would have to ask the booking agent (Hotels.com) for another booking. I am still waiting to be reimbursed for the pre-paid booking. Refund me now!"

"We took our 3 Border Collie dogs along as we had a dog agility competition in Bloemfontein. The room was spacious enough for us and the dogs and very comfortable.
