"It was our first time visiting Pen̈asco and everything in the hotel was very good, very clean, excellent service at the front desk, all the staff very attentive and friendly, they answered all our questions about locations with great kindness, very safe and we were able to park our car with security, the only drawback is that they don't have good wifi, even so I will back to that hotel on my next visit"

"The condo size was bigger than anticipated. It’s advertised as a studio but it does have a bedroom, hallway, bathroom, full kitchen and large family room. The decor inside and outside the condo was inviting. The only downside to the trip was the loud bass from nearby night clubs, which played past midnight on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Other than the late night noise, the visit was great. "

"Initially we were told that the pool was heated then we couldn’t use it bc it was dirty, then we just couldn’t use it bc they couldn’t fix it then it was never heated. That’s fine. I was told there was a heater day one and we never found it and they had no blankets just a throw in two rooms. Then I was told they had no heat we were freezing to the point I got sick. We had to buy blankets bc it was too late to cancel and get a new room. Besides the house being nice that’s the only good otherwise...
