"One of my guests got badly injured and is in the hospital with a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain. She was near the hot tub and went off the side, down some stairs that we could not see because it was so dark back there. The security person that helped us told me that they've had some other problems with people getting hurt on those stairs. Those stairs need to be fenced off!"

"This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot!"
