"While at the hotel the fob programmer for the keys broke down. We were not provided a key for the room until the last 12 hours of our stay. "Clean and very convenient hotel, right on the Playa Norte malecón. Wonderful, helpful staff. Note that there is a lot of traffic and banda noise; you get used to it after a few days.
