"I love this hotel my favourite place to stay in São Paulo . The staff are extremely helpful , and friendly . It has a boutique hotel vibe. "It's not the safest area in São Paulo, but it's close to República Metro Station. From there you can go anywhere (once you understand the subway map). Important to day: It is an old hotel. DO NOT expect modern things in your room, but it is clean and cheap. I love their staff."

And then on day of check in—after 3 pm, notified that apartment was unavailable and they wanted to move me to nearby less desirable location. 20 more messages from them but No instructions on accessing property, entry ? Until 6 pm on day of check in. Ruined my weekend trip. Never again with bot...

"It’s a good hotel for the price being paid; I have no complaints and would definitely return. However, one area for improvement could be the TV programming. There’s a lot of evangelical content that makes me feel like I’m in a church rather than a hotel. The TV lacks Netflix and YouTube, which are more engaging options. Perhaps this could be improved."

"I love love the location. It's not a quiet one. Right on Paulista Ave with 3 malls in walking distance. Many restaurants. Easiness to get transportation. Communication were all in Portuguese how when I arrived some of attendants speaks English. I will return again. There is a good deal of security there."
