"Prime location but disappointing apartment. Shabby furniture in lounge, chipped and splinters. Only seating for four, dining chairs (5) were so low, needed a cushion to reach the table. No chairs in bedrooms which were large enough. No welcome pack, just a few teabags and milk sachets, which seemed mean. Not even salt or pepper for cooking. "

"The annexe was beautiful & clean, the grounds were lovely & quiet. There was the option of having food brought to the annexe, a great idea. The only minor issues were the pos code took us past the hotel & it would've been handy to have the Sky pin no. in the info pack as there were age limits on the viewing"
