My friends and I booked 9 rooms for a wedding. Your staff cancelled 7 rooms without notice stating “We are locals therefore, we are NOT allowed”. My friends scrambled Fernley for other accommodations hours before the wedding. FYI. We live approximately 41 miles away in Reno-where everyone is welcome.

Room very outdated. No comfortable couch or chair. Woke up around 2:00 am to use bathroom and was chased by a black beetle. Trapped it under garbage can. Called front desk and was told pest control was scheduled the next day, after I was scheduled to check out.

To be fair, I was very ill during our stay there and my husband had all the contact with staff and services. I remember the room was clean and the bed comfortable, for which I was profoundly grateful.
