"The shower was for handicapped people and the water leaked all over the bathroom floor. The actual room was very nice. I would not recommend a handicapped room. We did not need it."

Receptionist very polite, friendly and helpful, room was warm, very clean and comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Breakfast was included and worth having, free coffee/tea in foyer 24x7. Very impressed especially for the cost."

"The staff was very friendly. Unfortunately, the inside pool was unheated. My kids had been talking about swimming for the entire 3 hour car ride to this hotel, so we took a very cold swim which wasn't ideal. Several other families came to the pool and were also disappointed. It was like ice water!"

"Was a ok sleep but for like $200 a night it was not quite there. The rooms are old, they have dirty glass cups not plastic, kinda nasty. The hotel needs a Reno, not to mention pool was closed, patio was closed and most other amenities were closed. Breakfast was not included for that price. Not impressed really but the customer service was awesome."
