"Stopped on the way too and from Edinburgh Airport over a 2 week period. Two different rooms both excellent. Very clean. Hreat breakfast and friendly staff. Ideal for staying near Edinburgh with Airport about 20 minutes away and park and ride/tram station. I travel for work and plan to keep using this gem."

"Firstly, the staff were so friendly and helpful - a real credit to the hotel. Garfield House itself was clean and well maintained with spacious reception areas and large, comfortable ensuite bedrooms. The dining room and bar were located away from the rest of the hotel with both good food and drink offerings.
