"We had zero hot water, so we could not shower. Very disappointing. I let the staff know when I checked out and they said they would let a manager know and that someone would get back to me about comping some money off our room. It’s been 3 days and I’ve left 3 messages but no return calls. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if management would respond to my messages. But I’ve got no return calls or emails. "The cabin was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the back patio was really nice. The location was close and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The bathroom was very large and we had a jet tub, which was really nice, but the shower portion did not work well. My husband is 6'3 and the shower portion was extremely low. I am 5'7" and it was too short even for me. If you are ok with just taking baths, it is a really nice tub. "
