"The staff were unbelievably attentive and helpful throughout our stay! I also really appreciated the security guards downstairs and the fact that only guests could use the elevators to the bedrooms. I wasn't worried at all :) Thank you for the complimentary waters, as well. We drank so many."

"Atrium was unique. Noise from atruim was terrible. Our room was nice, but the bathroom could use some TLC. The staff was pleasant. We were disappointed the spa was out of order. I’m sure that this hotel was top notch when it was new, but it’s showing its age. Nice enough for a night or two if you don’t look too closely. "

"This has become one of my favorite places to stay in Napa. It’s beautiful and the staff are phenomenal. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. We also received a bottle of champagne for our anniversary! I definitely recommend the Mansion Estate suites - the other rooms are just okay! "
