"The place is conveniently located just about 8 mins walk from OST station, and about couple mins walking distance to the funicular for Harder Kulm. Staff is nice and they helped with the shuttle service back and forth. Place is very well maintained and has a lot charm. The old time characteristics of the building are well maintained Outside patio breakfast overlooking the water starts your day on a right note"

"Well. What can I say. 5 stars from checking to leaving. The room itself & the hotel were perfect. Staff were kind & very helpful Dinner in the hotel restaurant was fantastic so much so we are there every night of our 3 night stay , ate something different each night & we’re not disappointed with the service or quality. I can understand the mixed reviews but we enjoyed the laid back , not rushed very European service …the staff were professional & knowledgeable regards the menu , wines & cocktails Facilities on offer were great & for us it was a fantastic base for our itinerary…lots to fo & see …we will definitely be back as we can’t wait to see it in Winter.
