"It is extremely difficult to find parking and so if you are driving it is good to be aware of this. We had an extremely difficult time understanding the directions to the garage and finding a parking garage that was close by. Perhaps the hotel could provide travelers with a parking map? "We loved our stay at these apartments. The location was right in the middle of Lisbon--easy to get to lots of different areas of the city. The only downside was that the elevator was broken for various parts of our stay, so with a 6th floor apartment, it was inconvenient! Otherwise the apartment was fantastic."

"Pros: Location is excellent for any activity or sight seeing Alfama. Everything is within walking distance. Tram stop is 1 minute away. The staff is most friendly, accommodating and helpful. Great price for its central location and quality of rooms and service Cons: Breakfast room is way too small to handle many guests at onetime No way to accommodate guests who drive - no access and parking"

"The hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly enough. The rooms were cleaned and the bedrooms were comfortable. The restaurant for breakfast is great but I don’t recommend it for other meals. However, we did like the breakfast and the morning staff. Shout out to our waitress Inosha Sashikala, who was always very polite and helpful."
