"We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked. Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside. The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep. The sauna was all right, little not hot enough, but i have not attempted to change the temperature because it was fine. The swimming pool doesn't have warm...

"The hotel is definietly not 4*, it's dark, dated and old. The room was clean, but you can see that they only spend money on maintenance if they need to. Cracked sink in the bathroom, with the cheapest handsoap/no shower gel or shampoo provided. No kettle or other tea/coffee making facilities, the minibar is super expensive. The breakfast was very basic, with limited options available after 8 (eventhough it's finishing at 10:30)."

"This is our absolute favorite place in Gyor. We keep coming back. The staff goes above and beyond to help you in every way. It is beautiful, spotlessly clean and in a great location. Parking is so close it is not a problem at all not having it at the hotel itself. Can’t wait to come back again! Best staff ever!! "

"Beautiful room/restaurant for breakfast was very special. Great eggs and fresh fruit. Various foods to choose from and table service for hot drinks was very nice. Glad to have a cooler in the room. No wifi in the room. I had to sit in the lobby to have a connection which was a quite uncomfortable inconvenience, as I was looking forward to resting in bed surfing online, but instead after a Long day I needed to sit up in the lobby and make a booking for the next night. "I really enjoyed staying here and loved soaking in the tub after a long cold day sightseeing. It’s in a great location and the staff were so helpful. I asked them to print my train ticket and they put it in a neat little page protector. Sometimes it’s the little things that make your day! "

Fabulous hotel

"What a great group of people work at this hotel. Every member of staff were so friendly and helpful throughout. No rush at the end of breakfast service and even delivered Prosecco to our room on New Year’s Eve and provided free drinks in the roof at midnight. It’s also brilliantly located for the calling to Bratislava old town and castle all just minutes away. Would highly recommend and we will be back. "
