"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

"We loved our stay here, perfect location, so close to the train station but we weren’t there to ski so might be a different walk to the cable cars if you’re carrying. The hotel is fab, great pool and spa area, breakfast was lovely and by far the most comfortable room of our whole trip, the team were lovely too"

"A great location in Zermatt away from the commercial area. Also a great view of the Matterhorn! Getting a room with a mountain view is definitely worth it! We had a wonderful stay and hated to leave. Breakfast was included and was excellent !"

"up to standard 4 full star hotel which is quite hard to find in Europe and its value for money with its full service and facilities in the hotel. Wide selection of breakfast, many different fruits, pastry and even rice! Free mini bar with softdrinks and beer and fruits too. complimentary shuttle on arrival and departure to the station, very efficient. the room is very new and clean. good restaurant and lounge. "Stayed one night here, after 2 nights at the nearby Hotel Parnass. Parnass was much less expensive and a better value. Had a much larger room at Banhof, but unlike Parnass there was no free breakfast (Parnass has a large and excellent breakfast buffet). Also, my shower had a slow drain and very quickly was standing in a couple of inches of water while showering. Otherwise, very comfortable and convenient. Right across the street from the train station, which was especially nice as I left Zermatt...

"Stayed for two nights and needed to switch rooms after the first night because we stayed in an attic type room with low ceilings which was not for someone tall like myself. But they were very accommodating and helpful in moving our luggage to the new room when we were out visiting the Matterhorn. When booking the room, you are listed with them at a certain price, I needed to pay an upgrade fee to get a room on the higher floor with a view of the Matterhorn but it was worth it. "

"This property is the iconic Swiss hotel with friendly staff and spectacular views. Our room was on the lowest floor but still had a Mountain View. However, it shared a public terrace instead of a private terrace, which was the case of the upper floors. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much. "

"The check in process was fast and easy. Ladies at the desk where sweet and helpful with smiles. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Balcony was amazing and the view was incredible! Next to the train station, and a store if you need anything. I loved it here and i cant wait to go again! "

Friendly, clean and well located

"Great hotel only 3-4 mins walk from the train station and 3-4 mins from the town centre. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My only minor issue is that the room was very warm, even with the heating off and window open all night. Great for winter, not so good for summer. But I would still happily stay here again. "
