"La posada esta atendida por sus dueños. Son unos estafadores. Yo habia pagado el 50% de la reservacion en hotels.com y ellos tenian el recibo, pero me obligaron a pagar el 100%. No quisieron hablar el tema y nos amenazaron con echarnos, al punto que llamaron a la policia porque nosotros exigiamos ..."

"O hotel é muito lindo, muito limpo, funcionários muito simpáticos e a comida é boa, Vale ressaltar que eu esperava mais do café da manhã afinal tinha apenas o básico de qualquer hotel, para um all inclusive eu esperava algo diferenciado, mas mesmo sendo o básico estava tudo gostoso."

"I loved the location right on the beach and the wonderful customer service by all staff. They really work to help English speakers have a great experience. During one of the rare rain storms the restaurant and several other common areas leaked. I’m sure they’ll fix that."
