"The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. "Excellent hotel for skiing at this lovely resort. Food and drink options were great and staff were very positive and helpful. Slight niggles such as constantly running out of basics at meal times (plates/bowls/tea bags/hot water) which was a bit annoying when you rushing to get to lessons. Great location though and very good value for money-would definitely return to this hotel and resort"

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. "We had a beautiful suite on the 5th floor. Very cool with 2 showers, 2 sinks, separate toilet, sitting area, spacious bed area. Having to take 2 elevators up to the room was odd but not a big inconvenience. Staff was very helpful. No A/C but opening windows solved the problem. "

"I chose this IBIS hotel based on air conditioned rooms (not easy to find in Thonon), distance from family members who live in the area and consistency with room/hotel amenities. The room was clean, minimally equipped as per expected (no tea kettle/coffee maker, fridge, etc.). The bed was reasonably comfortable (not hard as a rock) which is not always easy to find in Europe based on American standards however biased. It was nice to have a few English speaking tv channels to watch as well. The breakfast was adequate though I thought the IBIS Central location in Thonon had a better spread overall last time I stayed there. The abundant free parking outside the hotel was a major plus. I will definitely stay here again."
