"My partner, her daughter and I stayed here for one week for a ski trip. We drove from England and it was easy to find and has a secluded car park. Booking in was easy and we were shown to our room. We didn't try breakfast but we had dinner one night and it was really good. Its a proper french restaurant with a great chef, good service and rich wine list. "A beautiful hotel in a very quiet and secluded area. Very friendly staff that offered us a free upgrade and great advice about what to do and where to hike. "We arrived after 1400, reception staff Mon existent. A cleaner helped us inside via the restaurant, still no reception staff! 10 mins later a member of staff arrived. Room not ready, no chance to eat in restaurant as full that evening. Other hotel restaurant in vicinity also full. Advised to go into Clusaz and try our look there! Balcony had 'view' of blank 2 storey wall, not hills or lake as detailed. Hotel is undergoing extension building works to finish in June 19."

The rooms do not have air con and the only thing we could do was open the window whichthen meant our room would settle at 31 deg C.
