The motel was clean. The staff was okay. The problem was someone had set the wake up call alarm to ring every hour all night long. Finally, we had to unplug the phone at 3:00 in the morning. We did not have a restful night.

M the room was really clean and comfortable. I upgraded to a King and did not receive the upgrade. The remote on the TV did not work and the internet password was unavailable. I received a text to respond through text for any help. The text was replied to quickly saying they would fix our issues. I never received another text. So no internet and no TV. Disappointing for sure.
