"Late arrival around 1am but Miguel Angel at front desk was super welcoming and knowledgeable. I was impressed with to h that kind of welcome so late at night. Great location to go to the Rastro on Sunday morning. Very close to metro and 24hr market and easy walk to Puerta del Sol"

"The location is very good, eating and taking the subway are very convenient, very clean and quiet, although the room is a little small. Also, there is a gap in the shower door, and water will seep out and make the floor wet. Everything else is good, very satisfied! Very comfortable stay!"

"It was great but the downside is you can hear everyone in their room whatever they’re doing, no communal kitchen.The complimentary like coffee they just give 2 sachet 😂😂😂 even I asked for extra he just give me 1 only.😂😂😂. "I enjoyed my stay at Crosstown ByPillow. The location was very good for South of the centre of madrid food and drink, but also only less than 5 mins to a metro stop which has line 1 which goes up through centro. I was initially given a room where the toilet flush wasn't working. After a failed attempt at fixing I was found a new room. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful of all the people I encountered."
