"First of all before I say anything else I want to say anyone visiting St Thomas should absolutely rent a car it's a must. A Jeep is even better because a few Beach roads were very off-road, most of them though a car is just fine. The hotel itself was very nice the food was surprisingly good in the restaurant. The swimming pool/ hot tub is open until midnight which was pretty awesome. The views from the hotel are spectacular. But the island in general is like this it is super hilly here very little flat land. The wifi worked perfectly except for for the week except one Saturday night when the hotel was completely packed and I couldn't log in for 8 hours but regular cell phone service worked slow but ok (Verizon). The showers were great with plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable. Full sized fridge. Oceana was the best restaurant on the island by the way. It's worth the money to buy a snorkel and mask when you first get to the island. Magens bay beach had many turtles and a few manta rays. It was the best snorkel Beach. Rock city tacos is the other recommendation. "

What truly impressed me, however, was a touching act of compassion from one of the staff members. When she discovered an abandoned cat in a nearby dumpster, she took it upon herself to rescue the animal, giving it a thorough cleaning and even taking it home for the night. This act of kindness speaks volumes about the values of the hotel's management—not only do they prioritize the comfort of their guests, but they also demonstrate genuine care for animals. A special shout-out to Scrappy, who oversaw the management of our section of the property. Scrappy ensured everything was in perfect order! Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and memorable experience! "

"Interesting place to stay, one main pool and a second little one up the private road a bit, lots of wild cats and roosters with their own unique agendas, decent rooms, place took a hit at the last hurricane and whole sections shut down but everyone friendly and would come back. Also, walking distance to both airport and a lovely beach!"
