The pool was great. Very tropical set up. Fantastic views. Easily walkable to several restaurants. Big rooms. The downside for folks MAY be the many stairs as this sits on a hill...but thats how you get the beautiful view. We had no problem with stairs but just be aware. Wonderful coffee and tea was served in morning and the host was delightful.

Olga’s Fancy was awesome. My boyfriend and I stayed there 1/2-1/9 (2025). The hotel is located in Frenchtown with breathtaking views. Eddie and Candy were welcoming hosts. They were in contact prior to my arrival to verify my arrival time. Eddie greeted us in the lobby when we arrived and provided recommendations for food, shopping, beaches to visit, and other attractions. There were 4 restaurants plus a McDonalds within walking distance of the hotel. There was free coffee every morning in the open air lobby, and filtered water available 24 hours a day in the lobby as well. Eddie and Candy had coolers, beach chairs, a few pool floats, and snorkeling gear that was available for the guests to use at no charge. The pool area was quiet and never overcrowded while we were there. The housekeeping staff were great, coming in daily to provide fresh towels, straighten up, and make the bed. Yes, there are a lot of steps, however there are several landing areas with chairs to rest if needed while taking your luggage to your room. I never felt that the steps were a hindrance and the exercise was nice after eating all the amazing food on the island! I had never been to St Thomas and wasn’t sure what to expect, but Olga’s Fancy exceeded my expectations. I am already planning my next trip to St Thomas and will definitely be staying at Olga’s Fancy again.

Cute , basic & very clean ! We didn’t realize they don’t offer a bar or a place to get snacks so we ventured around the area, which is very depressing. Easily accessible to airport where you truly only need to be 60-90 min before your flight unless it’s a holiday.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, and the property exuded a quaint and charming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming and pleasant experience, showcasing exceptional kindness and hospitality. The rooms were not only comfortable and well-appointed but also reflected the overall charm of the hotel. What truly impressed me, however, was a touching act of compassion from one of the staff members. When she discovered an abandoned cat in a nearby dumpster, she took it upon herself to rescue the animal, giving it a thorough cleaning and even taking it home for the night. This act of kindness speaks volumes about the values of the hotel's management—not only do they prioritize the comfort of their guests, but they also demonstrate genuine care for animals. A special shout-out to Scrappy, who oversaw the management of our section of the property. Scrappy ensured everything was in perfect order! Thank you to the entire team for creating such a warm and memorable experience!

We were so glad to have chosen Olga’s Fancy for our first night in the Virgin Islands. They were very friendly and accommodating, having even reached out ahead of our trip with a list of reservable dining options open on Christmas Day, so we wouldn’t find ourselves unfed when we arrived.

What an incredible find! The pictures don’t do it justice. I had an ocean front room that was gorgeous, the pool was amazing, and I had easy options to walk to near by.
