"Check in takes forever. When I arrived to check in there were seven other groups waiting to check in. I timed the single receptionist at 8 minutes per check in. After waiting for around 25 minutes a second receptionist finally showed up. Overall check in time was over 30 minutes. I value efficiency in business and this process seems crazy to me. "We stayed for two nights/one day at the Phoenician with our 4 and 6 yo kids. The reason my overall rating is not excellent is because the splash pad, waterslide and whirlpools were all broken the day we were there. The splash pads and whirlpools did get going midafternoon, but the waterslide remained out of order.
