"The hotel was quiet and staff very attentive. However our room had a hole in the wall and the balcony was the fire escape and had steps with an opening. Therefore not really a balcony. The pool areas requires updating and no place for sun loungers. Breakfast was repetitive so became a bit boring. But staff were accommodating.
