I arrived at 8 am and was given tea while I waited about an hour for them to have a room ready for me early. I needed that and was very thankful. "Absolutely lovely property! And the most amazing hospitality I have seen at a hotel. obviously this is a historic hotel, and it is very well taken care- has a luxury feel. I really appreciated the warm, “good mornings, have a nice day, welcome back” from the hotel staff. Selim especially went above and beyond! everything is perfect. Lovely views of the Bosphorous river nice location lots of good dining options. Staff polished your room twice a day. Everything was just so so perfect. I absolutely recommend this is a wonderful hotel. "

"It was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in, and i do travel alot. The service was amazing, the crew was polite and helpful, had an amazing swimming pool. And there was a receptionist (Yağmur) she was the sweetest and most helpful, no matter what it was. "

"This was our second time staying at the Ramada by Wyndham Istanbul Old City and we had a wonderful experience again! The facility is conveniently located within minutes from a tram station and has plenty of dining options. But what attracts us the most is it's friendly and helpful staff! In this visit we were greeted by Mr. Semih Honic at the Front Office. Mr. Honic and his team went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one. Throughout our eight-night stay at this facility, we were impressed as we came across a lot of wonderful staff. We highly recommend this facility for the reasons listed above."
