"The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt. Baseboards are coming away from the wall, the ceiling...

"We had the most amazing stay here, it is truly luxury, the breakfast is amazing, and the staff goes above and beyond at any time of day. We had a vehicle, and although there is no parking at hotel, we never struggled to find a parking spot nearby. "

"This is the perfect place to stay in Pollença old town. A small hotel, tucked away but close to the main square and restaurants. Extremely clean with comfortable beds and a lovely buffet breakfast. A secure area to store bikes if on a cycling break. Overall a great find! Thank you."

"This was a perfect property for my boyfriend and I. We were able to enjoy the beach (30 second walk) with everything in walking distance including Aldi for groceries and many restaurants and mini supermarkets and gift shops on the surrounding streets. The staff were very lovely and often put out the leftover pastries from breakfast to share! Would definitely stay again and couldn’t recommend more if you just want a small, convenient and affordable getaway! "

"Honestly really shocked at these reviews! This hotel is totally worth the amount you are paying. Got locked out of the hotel and they were quick to answer a very late night phone call to help us out. While it does get pretty warm in the rooms, I have had troubles with this in every place I’ve stayed as it is so hot right now. "We really enjoyed our stay at Delfin Azul. The hotel is well located, near the bus stop, the beach and 15 walk to the shopping area. The staff of the hotel is excellent, everyone is kind and made us feel welcome. I highly recommend the half board because the food was exquisite, fresh and with a lot of choices. We never felt the need to go out for dinner. The pool is nice and clean and it was never too crowded. The animation program is nice and every evening there was a show or music to keep us entertained. We will definitely come back! "

"For us, being away from the resort areas of Port Alcudia / Alcudia was a priority. We loved our evenings sat on our balcony with a sea view and cocktails and the peace that comes from being away from the hustle and bustle of the shopping areas. The cook needs to learn that some English people do speak Spanish, so when makes up her own version of cocktails and comments to her colleagues that the we don't know any different is not as funny as she thinks. Her generosity with the free pouring of booze makes up for her rudeness... Kinda. Breakfast is good value for money, but don't expect hot fried eggs, or a full cup of anything to drink. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped, even if it took us 4 days to find the kettle. turns out it's worth forcing that one cupboard door that doesn't open. Shower was great, although I'd say the hose and head are ready for an upgrade in apt 105. Overall great value for money and we intend to return, but will be upgrading to a villa for the late evening sun that the apartments don't get."

"A gem of an hotel conveniently situated within all of the attractions of old town Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts, attentive but unobtrusive hosts. We had the room with private plunge pool which was a fabulous feature much enjoyed. Highly recommended!"
